Trust in your Aikido

Hello fine people. This week I wanted to talk about trust. In the Dojo when we are practicing with each other we all know that it is important to be able to trust. I trust that you will redirect me without the intention of harm. I trust that you, will trust me, so that we can train at a higher level of practice, or speed without our egos involved in the process. This trust can be built up gradually so that all members get stronger in the Art of Aikido and are able to accomplish their goals. Let’s practice.

This week at the Dojo:

***Wednesday: Train at your level day in all of the classes.

***Wednesday: Parents meeting at 5pm, we will discuss this month’s curriculum and your families goals and progress.

***Wednesday: Black Belt Seminar at 12 noon and 7pm (regular class is still going on at those times also)

!!!!Sempai training is on Saturday February 13th from 10:40am till 11:40ish.!!!!
